Make sure important faces, text, and design elements are not too close to the edge.
Your image will be proportionally cropped to fit the 16 × 20-inch portrait format when necessary.
Image recommendations
Preferred file types: JPG or PNG
Recommended orientation: portrait or vertical
Recommended resolution: 4800 × 6000 pixels or larger
Avoid screenshots, heavily compressed images, or photos downloaded from social media when a full-resolution original is available.
