About our printing

The Epson SureColor G6070 uses PrecisionCore Micro TFP printhead technology and Epson UltraChrome DF inks for vibrant color and crisp detail. Your design is printed onto the film in mirror image, with color and a white ink backing, then powdered and cured so it arrives ready for heat application. No printing, cutting, or weeding is required on your end.

Heat press instructions — DTF transfer only — Quick Glide V3

1. Use a heat press with even temperature and medium pressure. Confirm your garment can tolerate the application temperature and position the garment flat.
2. Place the transfer with the printed adhesive side against the fabric and the carrier film facing up.
3. Press at 266°F–284°F (130°C–140°C) for 10–15 seconds using medium pressure.
4. Peel the film gently immediately after pressing. Quick Glide is an instant-peel film; no cooling or rubbing is required.
5. Optional: finish with a second press at 280°F (137°C) for 5 seconds using medium pressure to enhance the softer hand feel.

Use the pressing settings above supplied for our transfers. Test your garment and heat press before production; temperature, pressure, and fabric can affect results.
